Have a break and relax –that is the way of life living in an urban society.

Most of us have a very busy schedule every day-juggling between work and family every day, especially when we are living in an urban society.

Sometimes we do need a time off our busy schedule daily. It might be only a few seconds, minutes or even hours (if you can afford it). Basically the aim is to relax our mind and taking our attention away from all woes or tension that we have. Stop worrying about the major or minor things happening in your life 24 hours a day or perhaps 16 hours a day (after minus off the 8 hours of sleep). Life is simply too short for that.

There are various ways that you can choose to relax, for eg listening to music, mediation, going for a holiday overseas or even munching on your favourite snacks such as chocolate. That brings me thinking of the Kit Kat ®  commercial-Have a break, Have a Kit Kat ®.

I do think that this commercial has captured the true meaning of relaxation. Just by drifting your attention from your paranoid mind to your favourite  Kit Kat ® snack, you are releasing yourself from a pressuring mind to a happiness state. More-ever, chocolate has been known to improve your state of happiness. If you have only a couple of seconds or minutes to spare for a day, do consider the option of consuming snacks such as Kit Kat ®.

By the way,  Kit Kat ® has just organised a new contest in FB,  Kit Kat ®’s Yer Big Break. Please refer to the link for more information: https://www.facebook.com/scapesg?sk=app_4949752878
